Energy Work
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and a Certified Crystal Therapist, in association with the National Association of Holistic Wellness.
I have been practicing for over four years and offer both in-person sessions for people who live locally or distance for anyone, anywhere. That is the beautiful thing about intentions and energy!
The Universe knows where it goes.
Energy work is a key component to gaining momentum. If you don't manage your energy physically, emotionally, and spiritually, you will find that you lack motivation, inspiration, and stamina.
I highly encourage a strong foundation of energy work because I personally know how much you can benefit from it. It may seem woo-woo to some people and even 'way out there'. I was somewhat of a skeptic myself once upon a time! But working with it has proven to me that faith in the energy that is around and in us has massive value.
Afterall, you can't see radio waves but you can tune your radio, you can't see the energy that is emitted from an X-Ray machine but it takes pictures of your bones.

A crystal therapy session is very relaxing. Soothing music is played and candles lit. Like Reiki the client is fully clothed and lies on a treatment table while crystals are placed on and around the body. The selection of crystals is based on information gathered from a brief intake form filled out by the client and returned prior to the session. Chakras are balanced, the aura cleansed. The client leaves relaxed and refreshed. A typical session lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes relaxation and healing.
A Reiki session is a very relaxing experience. The client lays fully clothed on a massage table while ambient music plays in the background. The practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body of the client. The client leaves relaxed and refreshed. A typical session lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour.
