Create Your Own Meditation or Mantra

Research has shown how important meditation is for our overall health.  It reduces stress, improves concentration, and encourages healing to name a few of the benefits.  This image of the tree inspired me to simply write down the phrases and share them with you!  I encourage you to make a recording of you saying some or all of these phrases and listen to them daily.  Listening to your own voice really connects with your subconscious so these become part of you.  

 

Another option is to choose any one of these to repeat as a mantra while you meditate.
