Essential Oil Chakra Affirmation Cards, pairs essential oils and affirmations with each of the 7 major chakras plus one. There are a total of 50 cards in this deck, 7 affirmation cards for each major chakras and1 foot chakra card (my personal fave).
You don't have to be familiar with the chakras or essential oils for this deck to be amazingly powerful. The affirmations stand well on their own to support your subconscious and concious mind to think and act positively.
If you choose to mediate on the affirmations you can diffuse or apply the essential oil associated with the chakra on the card while you focus your attention to the specific chakra and silently repeat the affirmation as many times as you feel guided to.
Meditating may not be your gig - totally cool! Choose a card and repeat the affirmation while you go for a walk, while doing laundry, the dishes or taking a long hot shower or bath.
Choose a random card every day or choose to work with each chakra individually for one week. There is no right or wrong way to use them!
